Authentic Community—by Neil Trollip

Sermon recap:

True happiness comes from deep, authentic community, meaningful purpose, and a worldview that brings clarity to life and suffering. In a culture marked by hyper-individualism, social media-driven pseudo-connection, and rising loneliness and anxiety, we are called to something deeper. Real community begins with humility, valuing each person’s unique role and gifting, and putting others first. It looks like sincere love, hospitality, shared joys and struggles, and perseverance together. Though no church is perfect, we’re meant to live in committed fellowship, forgiving each other, striving to reflect God’s love, and intentionally resisting the spiritual forces that seek to isolate and divide us.
